Registration periods

Early Bird: until 31 October 2026
Regular Registration: 1 November 2026 – 4 January 2027
Late Registration: from 5 January 2027

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).

What is included?

The registration fee includes access to the full scientific programme, congress materials, coffee and lunch breaks and refreshments as specified in the programme.

Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration fee and must be arranged individually.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the event organiser to info@medtoday.ch

Cancellation until 30 November 2026: refund of the registration fee, less a CHF 50 administrative fee
Cancellation from 1–31 December 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
Cancellation from 1 January 2027 or no-show: no refund

Registration may be transferred to another eligible participant from the same organisation at no additional charge. Please inform the organiser info@medtoday.ch in writing before the event.

In the unlikely event that the meeting is cancelled by the organiser, registration fees will be refunded. Travel, accommodation and other individual expenses cannot be reimbursed.

Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.
